Areas in which you can work

In our branches

Our business operations in the branches include active acquisition of new customers, building long-term business relationship with customers, selling hoses, couplings, crimping machines and other products, providing numerous services. We usually look for people with a technical background, but we are also keen to hire people with a passion for technology and experience in sales.

In branches you will develop your salestechnical or administration skills. Each of our branches comprises a production workshop, warehouse and store space.

At the headquarters in Poznań

The company headquarters comprises a warehouse and logistics centre, a production shop, where we produce various types of hoses, and a welding workshop, where we weld and test pressure steel hoses.

Steps of the recruitment process

1. Review of submitted applications.

2. Initial interview with a supervisor.

3. 3. Final interview with a supervisor and a decision maker.

4. Hiring a new employee.

After the initial evaluation of job applications, we invite the candidates for an interview.  The first recruitment interview is conducted by the future supervisor. Here, the knowledge and competence needed for the chosen position are tested. The second interview with the candidate is critical. We inform all candidates of the results by phone or email.

As a standard, we offer employment contracts in the following order:

  • probation period – 3 months
  • first fixed term contract – 6 months
  • second fixed term contract – 6 months
  • indefinite term contract
