Stainless steel hygienic valves are intended for food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, biotechnological and chemical industries. These are usually butterfly valves in AISI304 stainless steel (optionally: AISI316) with silicone seals (optionally: Viton, EPDM, HNBR). Internal surface roughness Ra < 0,8 µm. BGA, FDA and PZH approved sealing material. The valve versions with EPDM and Viton seals conform to EHEDG hygienic requirements (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group) and can be cleaned using CIP method. Meet the requirements of ATEX directive for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Nominal diameter range from DN10 to DN150, working pressure 10 bar.
