Layflat hose for water
Layflat hose is a special type of hose for water and air. The layflat delivery hoses have a very thin wall, collapsible when unpressurised. They are widely used as fire hoses, fire hydrant hoses, irrigation hoses, watering hoses in agriculture and at construction sites. Suitable for such applications as: transfer of seawater, industrial water, solutions of certain chemicals, used in industry and particularly in construction industry.

Advantages of layflat hoses

Easier storage
Usually, hose assemblies made from layflat hoses are very long. Because the hoses are collapsible – flat when not pressurised, they are very compact and much more easier to store than rubber water hoses.
Easier handling
Layflat hoses are usually made of plastics. That is why they are lighter and more flexible than rubber hoses for water which facilitates easier operations and handling the hose assembly.
Longer service life
Since they can be smoothly folded or rolled and then easily stored, the hoses are less exposed to the impact of adverse factors. Thus their service life extends.
