LUB compressed air lubricator, SYNTESI® series

A pneumatic lubricator is a simple and widely used solution that ensures proper lubrication with an oil mist for actuating devices in pneumatic systems. The oil suction process occurs due to the pressure drop created in the Venturi nozzle. The amount of oil droplets introduced into the air stream is regulated by an adjustment needle. There are auxiliary connections on the rear and front surfaces of the lubricator for connecting a manometer, pressure sensor, or for additional air intake. Size: SY1, SY2. Tank capacity: 60 cm³ - SY1, 130 cm³ - SY2. Supply pressure: up to 15 bar for SY1 and up to 13 bar for SY2. Operating temperature: from -10°C to +50°C. Connection: BSP 1/8" to 3/8" for SY1 and BSP 3/8" to 1" for SY2. Flow rate: 1600 l/min - 1/8", 3000 l/min - 1/4", 3650 l/min - 3/8", 6100 l/min - 1/2", 3/4", 1" (at an inlet pressure of 6 bar Δp = 1 bar).
