Short description
DDC dry disconnect coupling plug with internal BSP thread made of aluminum, widely used in road, rail, marine, aviation transport, as well as in the petrochemical, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Installed on the tank side. The plug design is based on a piston valve (opens during connection and closes when disconnecting the coupling, eliminating liquid leakage). Meets all safety, environmental protection, and reliability requirements for the transfer of hazardous, toxic, or expensive liquids. Manufactured according to NATO standard STANAG 3756 (DDC 2", 2.1/2", 3" and 4") and ATOFINA SGM 2049.TUY.C. (DDC 2", 3"). The couplings comply with ATEX, TDT, ADR, RID, IMDG, pressure directive 97/23/EC. It also has the recommendation of the European Chemical Industry Council CEFIC. Sealing: o-ring (viton), flat gasket (PTFE). Working pressure: 10 bar. Operating temperature: from -25°C to +80°C.
