DIN 3016 mounting clamp RUBBER P-CLIP, strap width 20 mm, AISI 304 steel

RUBBER P-CLIP clamp compliant with DIN 3016 standard recommended for the safe and vibration-damping installation of pipes, hoses, hose bundles, corrugated electrical installation tubes (hose sheaths), etc., for which there is a risk of abrasion and damage. This type of clamp has wide applications, including: agricultural and construction machinery, internal combustion engine construction, railway industry, electrical equipment, household appliances, etc. It is made from a single piece of bent steel strip and a rubber flange. The holes at both ends of the strip are reinforced with steel plates, ensuring resistance to compression under high mechanical loads. The strip is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (W4), and the profile is made of EPDM rubber resistant to water, abrasion, temperature changes, and aging.
