Short description
Soft start valve, used for the safe introduction of air into the pneumatic system, protecting actuators from sudden pressure increases. In the version with electric control, without pilot pressure, air flows from the inlet connection to the outlet through a needle valve. Upon receiving an external control signal, electrical, the valve is overridden and air flows through the full cross-section of the valve. The valve does not vent the pneumatic system. Size: 100. Supply pressure: up to 10 bar. Operating temperature: up to +50°C. Flow: 2000 l/min (at an inlet pressure of 6 bar Δp = 1 bar).
