Short description
Pressure hose used as a protective cover for cooling electrical hoses in the metallurgical industry. Inner layer resistant to hot cooling water, process water, corrosion inhibitors, and water with antifreeze fluids. Both inner and outer layers are non-conductive. Electrical resistance R > 1010 Ω/m, breakdown resistance > 6 kV/mm. Outer layer resistant to aging, ozone, and radiant heat from electric arc furnaces, self-extinguishing (compliant with ASTM C-542 standard). Bend radius specified for pressure of 1 bar. Inner layer: black EPDM rubber. Reinforcement: textile braid. Outer layer: black CR rubber. Working pressure: 10 bar. Burst pressure: 30 bar. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +90°C (temporarily +110°C).
