Short description

90° elbows for butt welding for pressure applications made from pipes. 3D model compliant with standard EN 10253-4 (stainless steel). Equivalent to manufacturing according to standard DIN 2605-1 type 3. With material certificate EN 10204 3.1. Commonly used in the industry for the construction of installations and pipelines, among others as components of complete welded angular ends for metal and rubber hoses (welded with threaded and flanged ends) and other fittings and valve components. Other sizes and materials, including elbows with metric dimensions and elbows according to ASME, are available upon request. Note: These are standard type A fittings according to EN 10253, with the same thickness for the ends to be welded and the body. Their pressure resistance is lower than that of a straight pipe of the same diameter and thickness. The working pressure of the elbow should be determined using the pressure correction factor provided in the standards EN 10253 or DIN 2605-1 (the given values are indicative and range from 0.7 to 0.8 of the pressure corresponding to the dimension of the pipe). Material: AISI 321 steel, AISI 316Ti. Working pressure: from 56 to 208 bar - depending on the diameter.
