Short description
Special high-pressure version of the SMOOTHBORE Teflon hose with a thickened wall made of specially processed Teflon (reduced microporosity) for applications with high-pressure gases in a double braid (aramid and steel braid) and with an outer layer of Hytrel. The outer layer of Hytrel is available in four colors: black, blue, green, and red, to indicate the hose's intended use for a specific type of gas. When both HPG inner layer and AS antistatic layer are required, the HPG/AS hose (red color) can be used, featuring an additional thin AS antistatic layer inside the primary inner layer of natural HPG Teflon. Installation: use AF-TL series fittings and sleeves... Hose material: smooth PTFE (Teflon) HPG. Reinforcement: aramid braid + AISI 304 steel braid. Outer layer: microperforated Hytrel (colored polyester). Working pressure: 300 bar. Operating temperature: from -50°C to +70°C (due to the outer layer of Hytrel).
