Short description
TEMA STANDARD quick coupling socket (NORDIC RANGE) with shut-off valve and internal BSP and NPT thread. The socket has an additional o-ring (besides the size 3/16"), making it suitable for gas installations. It also features a safety ring to prevent accidental disconnection. As a one-sided shut-off quick coupling, it can only be used for sizes 3/16" and 1/4", exclusively from the socket side. It is designed for heavy-duty working conditions. Application: hydraulic power (hydraulic oil), industrial (water, steam, fuels and oils, gases and chemicals). Material: chrome-plated brass up to size 1", galvanized steel above 1". Working pressure: up to 450 bar (depending on diameter). Safety factor 4:1. Sealing: viton, NBR. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +100°C (for NBR), from -15°C to +200°C (for viton). Flow has been provided for a pressure drop of 3 bar.
