INSTA-GRIP™ 300 low pressure discharge hose

Classic, high-quality, self-tightening rubber hose (PUSH-ON). For low-pressure hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and as a universal industrial hose for air, water, oils, greases, light chemicals, and cleaning fluids. Widely used in the automotive industry (no silicone used in hose production). The outer layer is resistant to weather conditions, abrasion, and oil. Flame resistance complies with MSHA 2G-14C/14 standard. Non-conductive (R > 1 MΩ/inch at 1000 V DC). Safety factor 4:1. The hose is designed to work with self-tightening PUSH-ON type fittings. Available in colors: black (BK), blue (BL), green (G), gray (GY), red (R), and yellow (Y). Inner layer: black synthetic rubber Chemivic™ (NBR + vinyl). Reinforcement: synthetic braid. Outer layer: black, blue, green, gray, red, or yellow synthetic rubber. Working pressure: 20 bar. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +90°C.
