Manual shut-off valve for compressed air V3V, SYNTESI® series

Manual shut-off valve V3V series SYNTESI®, with end connections, is used to separate the working system from the supply air. It is a three-way, two-position, normally closed valve. In the closed position, it cuts off the supply air and vents the system, making it particularly useful for maintenance work. It has a system allowing for the installation of two padlocks of size SY1 or three padlocks of size SY2 with a diameter of 3 mm. Alternatively, a version with a Ø 7 hole for a single padlock is available. On the rear and front surfaces of the valve, there are auxiliary connections (1/8” for size SY1 and 1/4” for size SY2) for connecting a pressure gauge, pressure sensor, or for additional air intake. Size: SY1, SY2. Connection: BSP thread 1/8", 1/4", at the front and rear. Supply pressure: up to 15 bar, depending on the size. Operating temperature: from -10°C to +50°C. Nominal flow: up to 4000 l/min, depending on the size (at an inlet pressure of 6 bar and Δp = 1 bar).
