Light, very pliable and flexible, resistant to kinking hose intended for oil hydraulic, liquids based on water and other media. used in systems measurement, control, hydraulic systems brake in bicycles and micro-hydraulics (systems opening roofs automotive). Layer outer with resistant to abrasion polyurethane or with polyamide and micro-perforated, co allows use hose for media gas. hose has resistance to vacuum for 0.93 bar. temperature above 80°C can reduce service life hose. hose DN2 with polyamide (ZC-TEST8-5021PA) passed positively tests pulse 1 million cycles. Inner layer: polyester or polyamide. Reinforcement: single an aramid braid. Outer layer: black polyurethane or polyamide. Working pressure: from 412 bar to 500 bar, depending on the diameter and type hose. Operating temperature: od -40°C up to +100°C (for water and air up to +70°C).
