Non-drip quick coupling socket with BSP thread, with valve, brass

CEJN NON DRIP quick coupling socket (leak-free) with valve, designed for fluid transfer (water, oil, chemicals, etc.). Flat contact surfaces minimize potential fluid leakage and prevent air inclusion while allowing for easy maintenance of the coupling's cleanliness. Sockets and plugs are available in versions with or without a shut-off valve, allowing for three coupling configurations: free flow, one-sided shut-off (socket must have a valve), and two-sided shut-off (leak-free). Protective caps are available to shield the coupling from contaminants when disconnected. To ensure additional safety, when interchangeability between socket and plug is not permissible, the coupling can be color-coded: green (standard) and optionally black, blue, red, white, and yellow, or key coding, where the socket and plug have additional grooves and protrusions, allowing only properly matched coupling connections. Material: nickel-plated brass. Sealing: NBR, Viton, EPDM. Working pressure: 20 bar. Operating temperature: from -15°C to +205°C, depending on the type of sealing.
