Pipe clamp with DÄMMGULAST® anti-vibration insert, stainless steel

High-quality, strong two-part steel clamp for high dynamic loads with DÄMMGULAST® anti-vibration insert and two locking screws secured with plastic washers to prevent falling out during tightening. The screws allow for adjustment to accommodate larger changes in pipe diameter. The anti-vibration insert with a yellow identification stripe (average sound level improvement of up to 22 dB(A)) is made of water-resistant, abrasion-resistant, temperature-resistant, and aging-resistant EPDM rubber. A two-stage head with M8/M10 thread size is welded onto one part of the clamp. The clamp is designed for installation in vertical, horizontal, or suspended arrangements for all types of pipes: steel, cast iron, copper, plastic. A proven solution in water and sewage installations, during the construction of heating, gas, ventilation, air conditioning systems, in residential and industrial buildings. The clamp is distinguished by the quality mark "Gütezeichen Rohrbefestigung" for sizes ≤200 mm and is subject to inspection according to the RAL-GZ 655-B instruction. Products with the RAL quality mark must fully meet the stringent requirements in accordance with the standards contained in RAL GZ 655. The clamp is tested for fire safety for sizes ≤170 mm (RAL-GZ 656). Clamp material: AISI 304 steel (W4) or AISI 316 steel (W5). Insert material: EPDM.
