Short description
MGS18 series pressure gauge with a diameter of 100 and 150 mm compliant with EN837-1, featuring a safety valve (S1), filled with silicone oil. Designed for measuring low-viscosity and non-crystallizing liquids. The pressure gauge is intended for use in the chemical and petrochemical industries, as well as in conventional power plants. Resistant to harsh environmental working conditions and process media. High-quality Bourdon tube material allows for use in high-frequency pulsating pressures. The process connection is welded (TIG) to the housing, which strengthens the pressure gauge and ensures better housing sealing. Filling the gauge with silicone oil helps to reduce pointer fluctuations, decrease wear on moving parts of the mechanism under pressure pulsations and vibrations. Additionally, it prevents condensation and the formation of a corrosive atmosphere inside the pressure gauge that could damage internal components. Connection: lower or rear central. Dial diameter: 100 mm, 150 mm. Pressure range: 0 to 1000 bar, 0 to 1600 bar. Accuracy class: 1.0. Ambient temperature: from -40°C to +65°C. Medium temperature: up to +65°C maximum.
