Pressure gauge 2500 ÷ 4000 bar 1.0 safe (S3) with HP process connection, MGS 22 (100, 150 mm)

MGS22 series manometer, filled with silicone oil, for high-pressure applications, for measuring the pressure of gases and low-viscosity, non-crystallizing liquids, in a safe design S3 (EN 837-2), with special HP connections. Complies with the latest standard for ultra-high-pressure manometers DIN 16001. It features a solid front baffle wall and a blow-out back element, protecting the operator in case of pressure element (Bourdon tube) failure. The process connection is welded (TIG) to the housing, which strengthens the manometer and ensures better housing tightness. Mainly used in cutting or cleaning technologies of various materials using high-pressure water jets, e.g., in water cutting machines, pumps, and water turbines. The silicone oil filling of the manometer helps reduce pointer fluctuations, decrease wear on moving parts of the mechanism under pressure pulsations and vibrations. Additionally, it prevents condensation and the formation of a corrosive atmosphere inside the manometer, which could damage internal components. Upon request, MGS22 manometers are available for 5000 and 6000 bar (150 mm), accuracy class 1.6 in accordance with DIN 16001. Connection: bottom. Dial diameter: 100 mm, 150 mm.
