Short description
Soft suction hose, for larger diameters and small thicknesses almost flat at rest, intended for pneumatic transport of dry bulk materials. Inner layer made of black, smooth, antistatic rubber (R < 106 Ω), abrasion-resistant (70±5 mm3 according to ISO 4649, formerly DIN 53516). Reinforcement with synthetic cord. Outer layer made of antistatic (R < 106 Ω) abrasion-resistant rubber, weather-resistant and ozone-resistant. The hose is primarily used for the transfer of cement, sand, gravel, silica, and other dry abrasive materials from rail tankers, road tankers, and silos. Standard length: 60 m (or 120 m - contact Tubes International). Inner layer: black NR/SBR rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: black NR/SBR rubber. Working pressure: from 5 bar to 6 bar - depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +70°C. Indices marked at the end with the letters XE have an inner layer made of high-abrasion-resistant antistatic rubber (abrasion 50 mm3 according to ISO4649) and with a copper wire.
