Soft hose delivery, for greater diameters and small wall thickness almost flat at rest, intended for pneumatic conveying dry substances bulk. Layer inner with black, smooth, antistatic (R 6 Ω), resistant to abrasion rubber (70±5 mm 3 acc. to ISO 4649, formerly DIN 53516). Reinforcement cord synthetic. Layer outer with antistatic (R 6 Ω) rubber resistant to abrasion, conditions atmospheric and ozone. hose used primarily for handling cement, sand, gravel, silica and other dry materials abrasive with tankers railway, road and silos. Standard length: 60 m (or 120 m - contact Tubes International). Inner layer: black rubber NR/SBR. Reinforcement: cord synthetic. Outer layer: black rubber NR/SBR. Working pressure: from 5 bar to 6 bar - depending on the diameter hose. Operating temperature: od -40°C up to +70°C. indexes marked on the end letters XE have layer inner with rubber antistatic o high resistance to abrasion (abrasion resistance 50 mm 3 acc. to ISO4649) and with a cable copper.
