Delivery hose for transfer of coal, coke, steel shot, glass shards ALUSPHERE®

Pressure hose for pneumatic transport of dry abrasive substances. Special hose design with exceptional abrasion resistance. The inner layer is smooth, made of black antistatic natural rubber with embedded alumina (Al2O3) ceramic beads, a material with high hardness. Built-in copper wire that, when grounded (connected to a grounded end), dissipates electric charges. The outer layer is made of black antistatic (R<10⁶Ω) SBR/NR rubber resistant to abrasion and aging. The hose is intended for the transport of dry highly abrasive substances: e.g., dry cement, coal, coal dust, coke, solid fuels from secondary raw materials, minerals, ceramic powders, steel shot, glass shards, fiberglass. Used in steel mills, coking plants, power plants, cement plants, mines, glassworks, abrasive material factories, and insulation material factories. The advantage is the long lifespan of the hose in these applications – a traditional abrasion-resistant rubber hose may last only a few days, while the ALUSPHERE hose can last several months under the same conditions. Inner layer: ceramic beads embedded in black NR rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: black SBR/NR rubber. Working pressure: 12 bar. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +80°C.
