Short description
Flexible pressure hose used for washing with cold and hot water and for the transfer of light chemicals, detergents, and disinfectants. Suitable for use in the food industry. Compliant with European requirements for food substances according to regulation 1935/2004 EC and directive 2007/19/EC (simulated fluids A, B, C). Hydraulic type fittings (TI-Z...) should be used, properly secured with sleeves, or fittings attached using two clamps, which should be tightened after the first use at higher temperatures. Fittings and sleeves should be secured after preheating the hose in water at +60°C for 30 seconds. Inner layer: white, smooth PVC. Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: blue, smooth PVC. Working pressure: 33 bar. Operating temperature: from -15°C to +70°C.
