SILICAFLEX BLANKET silica fiber roll reflective heat shield

Thermal protection in the form of rolls or shorter sheets designed to protect hoses, hoses, and other components from metal splashes, intense radiant heat, flames, and welding spatter. High content of pure silica (over 96%) ensures excellent temperature resistance, flexibility, and minimal shrinkage. It does not emit smoke or fumes. Available in three versions, in rolls of 915 mm and 1525 mm width: SILICAFLEX BLANKET 18 – thickness 0.76 mm, SILICAFLEX BLANKET 32 – thickness 1.25 mm, SILICAFLEX BLANKET 36 – thickness 1.27 mm. There is also a special version of SILICAFLEX BLANKET coated with a reflective aluminum layer (FQSFB36-36AL). The aluminized SILICAFLEX BLANKET, in addition to the features of the standard SILICAFLEX cover and reflecting intensely radiating heat, also has better tear and abrasion resistance, as well as improved water and oil resistance. Material: silica fiber (silicon dioxide). Operating temperature: up to +982°C (temporarily up to +1650°C).
