A single shut-off quick coupling for air, disconnected without pressure, fitted with a push-button locking mechanism. Venting the quick coupling before disconnection avoids the recoil effect when the plug is disconnected. This ensures the operator's safety in accordance with ISO 4414 and EN 983. Operation of the quick coupling is simple: the first press of the button vents the quick coupling with the plug secured. The second press releases the plug, which can then be safely removed. The ability to rotate the socket allows the button to be easily set in a convenient position after screwing it to the installation, even under pressure. Plugs with a profile compliant with the popular EURO DN7.2 standard, made of steel (not brass), are recommended for the socket. On request, the sockets can be made in a different color: black, red, grey, yellow, green, or entirely of stainless steel.
