Short description

High quality high-pressure ball valve three-way switching with lower inlet (only switching, without cut-off) intended for fittings precision ( instrumentation ) for industry chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, power generation, process engineering - for liquids and for gases. Intended for in-line or panel mounting. valve is characterized high tightness closing, high durable and low torque swivel. Each valve is pressure-tested with nitrogen. Certified according to ISO 15848-1:2006 (E). Valves with pneumatic actuator are available. Available in two pressure versions: with a maximum working pressure of 206 bar and 413 bar respectively. Material the body: steel AISI 316 (ASTM A351 CF8M, cast) - for version 206 bar; steel AISI 316 (ASTM A-276, forging) - for version 413 bar. For the low-pressure version (206 bar), a brass design is available. Material the ball: steel AISI 316. Material lever: nylon, insert with brass; lever valve standard in color black (Available other color, lever metal, lever with padlock ISLT). sealing the ball and stem: modified PTFE (option PCTFE, PEEK). pressure working (dependent od temperature / material seal - see chart): up to 206 bar (modified PTFE). Operating temperature (dependent od material seal - see chart): from -34°C to +210°C (modified PTFE). connection: metric LET-LOK®. notes! The ball valves are designed to work in a completely open or completely closed position. The valves have a factory-adjusted gland seal for a pressure of 70 bar. Due to varied working conditions, periodic adjustment of the seal by means of the stem seal screw may be required (after removing the lever). Initial adjustment before starting the installation is recommended by tightening the seal screw by 1/8 to 1/4 turn.
