Short description

High-quality high-pressure two-way ball valve designed for precision instrumentation for the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, energy, and process engineering industries - for liquids and gases. Intended for pipe or panel mounting. The valve features high sealing integrity (permissible internal leakage through the ball seal 0.1 Ncm³/min), high durability, and low torque. Each valve is pressure tested with nitrogen. Certified according to ISO 15848-1:2006 (E). Pneumatic actuated valves available. Available in two pressure versions: with a maximum working pressure of 206 bar and 413 bar, respectively. Body material: AISI 316 steel (ASTM A351 CF8M, casting) - for the 206 bar version; AISI 316 steel (ASTM A-276, forging) - for the 413 bar version. For the low-pressure version (206 bar), a brass option is available. Ball material: AISI 316 steel. Lever material: nylon, brass insert; standard lever color is black (other colors available, metal lever, lever with padlock ISLT). Ball and stem sealing: modified PTFE (PCTFE, PEEK option). Working pressure (dependent on temperature/seal material - see chart): up to 206 bar (modified PTFE). Operating temperature (dependent on seal material - see chart): from -34°C to +210°C (modified PTFE). Connection: GW NPT. NOTES! Ball valves are designed to operate in either fully open or fully closed positions. The valves have factory-adjusted packing seals for a pressure of 70 bar. Due to varying operating conditions, periodic adjustment of the stem sealing may be required using the stem sealing screw (after removing the lever). Preliminary adjustment is recommended before commissioning the installation by tightening the sealing screw by 1/8 to 1/4 turn.
