UNI-FLEX S pipe clamp, EPDM, stainless steel

UNI-FLEX S type pipe clamp designed for connecting and repairing metal and plastic pipes (non-fixed axial connection, flexible - only with rubber gasket). Application: water, water-based fluids, sewage, light chemicals, air. Material version: AISI 316Ti steel (housing, screws - class A4-80, solid pins). Sealing: EPDM rubber. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +125°C. Nominal pressure: PN 16 (pressure class for shipbuilding and marine applications; safety factor 4:1, assuming a positive result from a one-time pressure test at four times the maximum pressure, after which the clamp cannot be reused). Maximum operating pressure: 25 bar (for other industrial applications and static conditions; safety factor 1.5:1, assuming a positive result from a pressure test at 150% of the maximum operating pressure, after which the clamp can be reused multiple times). The working pressure values apply to the installation of clamps on round steel pipes with a minimum wall thickness, installation according to the instructions, and tightening with a torque wrench specified on the clamp.
