UNI-GRIP S pipe clamp, NBR, stainless steel

The UNI-GRIP S type pipe clamp is designed for connecting and repairing metal pipes (axially fixed connection, with metal elastic rings embedding into the pipe surface and a rubber seal). Applications: water, gas, oils and fuels, other hydrocarbons, air. Material version: AISI 316Ti steel (housing, screws - class A4-80, solid pins). Sealing: NBR rubber. Operating temperature: from -20°C to +80°C. Nominal pressure: PN 16 (pressure class for applications in shipbuilding, marine industry; safety factor 4:1, assuming a positive result from a one-time pressure test at four times the maximum pressure, after which the clamp cannot be reused). Maximum operating pressure: up to 70 bar, depending on the clamp diameter (for other industrial applications and static conditions, safety factor 1.5:1, assuming a positive result from a pressure test at 150% of the maximum operating pressure, after which the clamp can be reused multiple times). The pressure values apply to the installation of clamps on round steel pipes with a minimum wall thickness, installation according to the instructions, and tightening with a torque wrench specified on the clamp.
