VFR+L compressed air preparation unit, SKILLAIR® series

The VFR + L series SKILLAIR® set with a high degree of reliability consists of a shut-off valve, air filter, pressure reducing valve, and lubricator. The purpose of the set is to purify the air supplied by the compressor, reduce and maintain a stable set pressure during fluctuations in supply pressure, and lubricate with an oil mist. The function of the shut-off valve is to separate the working system from the supply air, which occurs in the closed position, simultaneously venting the system. Size: 100, 200, 300. Supply pressure: up to 15 bar, depending on the size. Output pressure range: 0÷8, 0÷12 bar. Filtration degree: 20 µm. Connection: BSP 1/4" to 1". Condensate drain: manual / semi-automatic (RMSA). Operating temperature: up to +50°C. Nominal flow: from 800 to 4000 l/min (at an inlet pressure of 6 bar Δp = 1 bar), depending on the size.
