AKM1 magnetic plug

  • Material: body – aluminium; magnetic tip – alnico; fibre washer (guarnital).

  • Magnetic drain plug mounted on the lower part of a tank. The plug features a magnetic tip to attract and capture ferromagnetic particles floating around in the hydraulic oil and thereby it protects moving elements in pumps, distributors, valves, etc. against damage and extends their service life.

AKM2 magnetic plug

  • Material: body – aluminium; magnetic tip (up to 1”) – neodymium; magnetic tip (1.1/4”) – alnico; washer – aluminium.

  • Magnetic drain plug mounted on the lower part of a tank. The plug features a magnetic tip to attract and capture ferromagnetic particles floating around in the hydraulic oil and thereby it protects moving elements in pumps, distributors, valves, etc. against damage and extends their service life.

AKO1 breather plug

  • Material: body – aluminium; cover – steel; fibre washer (guarnital).

  • Breather plug mounted on the upper part of a tank. Includes a large internal chamber and o-ring to prevent oil flowing from under the cover. Intended for hydraulic systems where heavy sloshing of oil in the tank occurs.

AKO2 breather plug

  • Material: body – aluminium; cover – steel; filtration element – sintered bronze; fibre washer (guarnital).

  • Breather plug with a filter, mounted on the upper part of a tank. Protects the system against impurities, which can get into hydraulic oil during the suction stroke. Suitable for dusty environments.

AKW filling plug

    Fixing flange material: polyamide (TPA); steel (other);
    Filling chamber material: steel;
    Washer material: rubber (TPA); cork (other).

  • Filling plug mounted on the upper part of a tank. Designed for filling the tank with oil using a fuel nozzle. The chamber made of steel mesh protects against impurities, which can get into the tank with the oil during filling. There is also a breather with a filter in the nut, which prevents airborne particles from entering the system during the suction stroke.

AWO1 Oil sight glass

  • Material: body – aluminium; inspection hole – polyamide; fibre washer (guarnital);
    Working temperature: from 0°C to +80°C.

  • Designed for hydraulic oil level monitoring, mounted on the side wall of a tank. The spherical shape of an inspection hole allows visual control from the side.

AWO2 Oil sight glass

  • Material: body – aluminium; inspection hole – polycarbonate; fibre washer (guarnital);
    Max. working pressure: 5 bar;
    Working temperature: from 0°C to +120°C.

  • Designed for hydraulic oil level monitoring, mounted on the side wall of a tank.

Level indicators and level sensors

APW level indicator

Poziomowskaz APW
  • Material: body – polyamide; casing – aluminium; inspection hole – polyamide;
    Sealing: NBR;
    Working temperature: from -20°C to +80°C.

  • Level indicator allows monitoring of hydraulic oil level. Mounted on the side wall of a tank. Two options available: with thermometer or without thermometer. The oil gets into the indicator through the holes in bolts the indicator is mounted with – BANJO type.

ACP level sensor

  • Material: fixing flange – aluminium; guidebar – stainless steel; washer – rubber;
    Working temperature: from -10°C to +90°C;
    Electrical signal:  48V AC / DC max. 0,5 A.

  • Level sensor mounted on the upper part of a tank. Includes a float that stays on the oil surface. Indicates the maximum or minimum level of the fluid in the tank (extreme float positions). Two mounting options: thread or holes in the flange. It is recommended to mount the sensor at least 50 mm away from tank walls and away from magnetic fields.
