Industrial water spray guns
Industrial water spray guns – general information
Low pressure water spray guns are used for both spraying and washdown applications. Depending on the type, they can have: adjustable nozzle, smooth flow control, trigger lock and many other. The maximum working pressure of the water spray guns available on our offer ranges from 6 to 25 bar, whereas their working temperature can reach even +95Ā°C.
Added to this range are water jets (adjustable nozzle with flow control), which are also intended for spraying and washdown applications. Their maximum working pressure is 25 bar. Water jets are made of brass and heavy duty plastic material. Water spray guns with a lance connection ā see section āFoaming, washdown and detergent dispensing devicesā.
Water spray guns are not designed for and must not be used for steam! Using them for hot water requires special precautions!

FAQ – Industrial water spray guns
Low pressure water spray guns are designed for spraying and washdown of equipment.
Tubes International offers many different types of water spray guns to suit cleaning needs of our customers and a wide variety of applications.
These water spray guns can come with: adjustable nozzle, smooth flow control, ergonomic handle, trigger lock, etc. They are made of such materials as brass, stainless steel and high-strength plastic.
We also offer low pressure water spray guns designed for specialised applications, for example: for hot water, for CNC coolant, for Ex zones, and for drinking water. Confirmation of working conditions by Tubes International is recommended.
Water spray guns are not designed for and must not be used for steam!
Using them for hot water requires special precautions!
For some water spray guns the maximum temperature at which they can be used ranges from +50ĀŗC to +95ĀŗC. The maximum recommended operating temperature of a particular spray gun should not be exceeded. Please note that special precautions must be taken when using them for high-temperature water! Tubes International offers AK-RHP01-R and AK-RHPB1-R water spray guns with PTFE/Air extra insulation of the handle to protect the user from direct contact with hot elements, and with a trigger guard to prevent uncontrolled opening of hot water jet.
The guns are intended for water. They can be used for water with a cleaning agent (detergent) only if the materials are chemically compatible. The operating conditions must be precisely defined: the name and composition of the medium (detergent), its concentration and temperature.
The chemical resistance of the materials can be verified in the Tubes International chemical resistance chart (initial selection). Confirmation of working conditions by Tubes International is recommended.
A water gun can be attached to a hose in many different ways. Most water spray guns have Ā½ā BSP or Ā¾ā BSP female thread inlet. Quick release couplings, swivel couplings, fittings (with anti-kink spring hose tail, with rubber hose protector) can be used, where needed. They can be mounted to the water supply hose using a clamp or permanently crimped with a ferrule.
