PTFE smoothbore hoses with stainless steel outer braid. Can be used at high working pressure (even up to several hundred bar). Working temperature ranges from -70°C up to 260°C. Available in AS version with antistatic PTFE liner which prevents electrostatic charges build-up. They are used for various industrial application as complete hose assemblies with fittings crimped with ferrules.

Basic braided smoothbore hoses:

• SMOOTHBORE – PTFE smoothbore hose in a single or double AISI 304 stainless steel braid. To be used with special fittings for PTFE hoses. Inner diameter from 1/8″ to 2″. Sold as complete hose assemblies.
• HYPERLINE SB – PTFE smoothbore hose in AISI 304 stainless steel braid. To be crimped with standard hydraulic fittings. Inner diameter from 3/16″ to 1″.

PTFE hoses with superior flexibility obtained through a corrugated PTFE hose wall with outer braid made of stainless steel, polypropylene or Kevlar. Average working pressure – reaches almost 100 bar. Working temperature ranges from -70°C up to 260°C (depends on hose type). Available in AS version with antistatic PTFE liner, which prevents electrostatic charges build-up.

They are used for various industrial application as complete hose assemblies with fittings crimped on with ferrules.

• VISIFLON (HYPERLINE V) – helically corrugated inside and outside, extremely flexible hose in AISI 304 stainless steel or polypropylene braid. Assembled with special fittings for PTFE hoses or standard hydraulic fittings. Available as complete hose assemblies with fittings. Inner diameter from 3/8″ to 2″.
• HYPERLINE FX – corrugated outside but smoothbore inside PTFE hose with AISI 304 stainless steel braid or Kevlar braid (aramid fibre). To be crimped with standard hydraulic fittings. Inner diameter from 1/4″ to 1″.
• PHARMALINE N – corrugated outside but smoothbore inside PTFE hose with AISI 304 stainless steel braid (additional AISI 316 steel wire helix for sizes from 3/4″) with outer white silicone cover. The silicone layer ensures a high level of hygiene. To be used with special hygienic fittings. Available as complete hose assemblies with fittings. Inner diameter from 1/4″ to 2″.
• PHARMALINE X – PHARMALINE N hose version without braid, with outer transparent silicone cover – for low pressure applications.
