Description: A water jet cutting machine for pastry was upgraded with Spir Star hose assembly, DN 5. Upgrading the machine involved replacing UHP pipe with UHP hose assemblies. After this modernisation the machine is more fail-safe, reliable, hose assemblies can be replaced less often and downtime is reduced. The hose was assembled with HP fittings 1/4″ male thread at both ends.
