Description: A thermoplastic hose CNG MARINE DN 10 made of polyamide was used to produce this solution for one of our Customers. The hose has a conductive inner layer and an outer layer with increased resistance to changing weather conditions and abrasion. Having all those features the hose is ideal for filling up the tanks of CNG driven vehicles. Flex-D protective spiral was applied to give some extra protection. The hose was assembled with stainless steel fittings at both ends – one fitting with BSP thread, the other with NPT thread. Both fittings crimped with stainless steel special SAE100R7 ferrules for thermoplastic hoses.
