Safety devices for STORZ couplings include clamps and latches that protect against the loosening of connection, accidental disconnection and their consequences (leakage or spillage of conveyed substance, injury to the operator).

Clamp with rubber lining to prevent disconnection of the coupling

Clamps with rubber lining reduce the potential risk of loosening or unintentional disengaging.
It is a quick-assembly system so installation is very easy and takes no time.
They do not fully protect against whipping in the event of disconnection.

FS steel clamp to prevent disconnection of the coupling

Steel clamps, thanks to their design (specially formed sheet metal), protect against accidental disconnection and whipping in the event of uncontrolled disconnection – they hold the couplings in place when they accidentally disengage or when the lugs break.
It is a quick-assembly system so installation is very easy and takes no time.

BSP female thread adapter with a safety latch

Couplings with a safety latch are secured against accidental disengagement or loosening – disconnection is possible only once the latch is released.
Male thread adapters and STORZ couplings with serrated or smooth hose tails are also available.
