Terms and Conditions of the “Discount and Mug for Newsletter Subscription” Promotion

  1. The “Discount and Mug for Newsletter Subscription” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is organized by Tubes International Sp. z o. o. with its registered office at Bystra 15A, Poznań, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
  2. The Promotion grants the subscriber a 10% discount on purchases at Tubes International, subject to subscribing to the Tubes International Sp. z o.o. newsletter through email requesting data confirmation. Furthermore, customers making a purchase exceeding 200 euros will receive a complimentary mug as part of the offer.
  3. The Promotion will be in effect from June 1, 2023, through June 30, 2023.
  4. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or sales.
  5. The Promotion does not apply to items for which the price has been agreed upon with the customer under a separate agreement.
  6. The Promotion does not apply to offers issued prior to the Promotion period.
  7. The Promotion is valid for a single transaction.
  8. To take advantage of the Promotion, the password provided in the email must be disclosed to the person processing the order.
  9. The password remains valid until June 30, 2023.
