UHP pressure gauges are designed for use in high pressure applications up to 4000 bar, depending on the device type. We offer a large selection of pressure gauges, including UHP pressure gauges filled with silicone oil and UHP pressure gauges filled with glycerine. Both silicone oil filled and glycerine filled pressure gauges are made in compliance with EN837-1 standard.

High pressure gauges MGS18 series

MGS18 series pressure gauges, filled with silicone oil, for high pressure applications, manufactured in compliance with EN837-1 standard and safety design specifications: S2 (for pressure gauges with 63 mm diameter) and S1 (for pressure gauges with 100 mm and 150 mm diameter). These pressure gauges are designed for use in the chemical industry and petrochemical industry, in conventional power plants and for measuring the pressure of gases and low-viscosity non-crystallising liquid media.

Versions: BSP bottom connection, NPT bottom connection, BSP centre back connection, NPT centre back connection, NPT eccentric back connection.

The advantages of filling the pressure gauge with silicone oil:

  • reduced pointer oscillation,

  • reduced wear of moving components of the mechanism when pressure pulsations or vibrations occur,

  • protection from condensation and corrosive atmosphere, which may occur inside the pressure gauge and damage its internal parts.

Application

MGS18 pressure gauges are used in power units, pumps, water treatment machines, presses, superchargers, turbines, Diesel engines, chemical, petrochemical and cooling systems, also in machines and devices in which pulsating pressure or mechanical vibrations are present.

High pressure gauges MGS22 series

High pressure gauges MGS22 series

MGS22 series pressure gauges, filled with silicone oil, for high pressure applications, with special HP connections. Manufactured in compliance with EN837-1 standard and  S2 safety design specifications.  Designed for use in the chemical industry and petrochemical industry, in conventional power plants and for measuring the pressure of gases and low-viscosity non-crystallising liquid media.

Versions: UNF bottom connection (for 1/4″ HP pipe), M bottom connection (for 1/4″ HP pipe), UNF LH bottom connection.

The advantages of filling the pressure gauge with silicone oil:

  • reduced pointer oscillation,

  • reduced wear of moving components of the mechanism when pressure pulsations or vibrations occur,

  • protection from condensation and corrosive atmosphere, which may occur inside the pressure gauge damaging its internal parts.

Application

Mainly used for service in water jet cutting or water jet cleaning of different materials e.g. on water cutting machines, pumps and water turbines.

High pressure gauges CEJN 940 series

High pressure gauges CEJN 940 series

CEJN 940 series pressure gauges filled with glycerine for high pressure applications, manufactured in compliance with  EN837-1 standard. The measuring scale in given in bar and PSI. The pressure gauge is available with either bottom or back connection. The pressure gauges with back connection are adjusted for panel mounting. They can be connected using CEJN porting blocks.

The advantages of filling the pressure gauge with glycerine:

  • reduced pointer oscillation,

  • reduced wear of moving components of the mechanism when pressure pulsations or vibrations occur,

  • protection from condensation and corrosive atmosphere, which may occur inside the pressure gauge damaging its internal parts.
