What makes us unique?
The only authorised service for Finn-Power machines and equipment in Poland offering warranty and post-warranty repairs of hose crimping machines, cutting machines and hose skivers.
All repaired crimping machines undergo a calibration process to ensure precise crimping according to the setting on the machine control. The customer receives a warranty for the repair service and a document confirming the repair – Machine repair card.
• Repairs are carried out in our service centre in Poznań, or at the customer’s site.
• We arrange free transport of machines from selected Branches of Tubes International in Poland to our service centre.
• For the duration of the repair, we offer rental of a replacement Finn-Power crimping machine for a fee.
Scope of service:
• Replacement of main die springs in crimping machines,
• Regeneration of untight crimping heads,
• Emergency, non-invasive opening of stuck crimping heads,
• Repair of hydraulic systems of crimping machines,
• Repair of control systems of crimping machines (MS, IS, VS, UC, ICC control),
• Replacement of damaged main dies,
• Replacement of parts that wear out during operation,
• Oil change,
• Replacement of cutting discs,
• Repair and maintenance of electrical installations of serviced equipment.
