Other instrumentation connectors and couplings – general information
- Instrumentation flange adapters
Flange adapters with flanges according to the following standards: EN 1092-1 (DN15 ÷ DN50) PN40 ÷ PN160, ANSI (ASME B 16.5, 1/2” ÷ 2”), ASA 150 ÷ ASA 2500, JIS B 2200 (DN15 ÷ DN50), 10K ÷ 63K with the required type of flange face (sealing surface). Connections at the other end: LET-LOK® pipe connection (1/16” ÷ 2”, 2 mm ÷ 50 mm) or NPT thread (male or female thread, 1/16” ÷2”). Adapters are manufactured as uniform component (one-piece forged body, out of a single piece of metal) – not welded. Made of AISI 316 stainless steel (optional Alloy 400, Alloy C-276), with a superior surface finish. Flange adapters are developed for and used in the most demanding systems of the chemical and petrochemical industry, oil & gas, power industry.
- JIC (37º) connectors – for flared pipes
High-quality connectors for 37º flared cone precision pipes (imperial or metric). Compliant with SAE J 514. Unions and connectors, adapters, reducers, elbows, tees, crosses, dust caps and plugs. Made of AISI 316 stainless steel with a superior surface finish. For pipe sizes from 1/8” to 2” and from 6 mm to 38 mm. Working pressure up to 345 bar (depends on size).

- HTC® special couplings for ultra-pure gases and vacuum
HTC® (Hi-Tech Components) special couplings for high purity and ultra pure gases and vacuum, comply with the requirements of the semiconductor industry, pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology. The couplings designed for connection to a pipeline via orbital welding and symmetrical thread face seal couplings with a metal gasket placed between the shoulders of the mating parts. There are test ports in the nuts for easy leak testing. The couplings are made of AISI 316L stainless steel (optional 316L Var or Vim/Var). The gaskets are in AISI 316 steel, silver-plated AISI 316 or nickel. The threads in the nuts are silver-plated. Two surface finish versions: version H non-electropolished (Ramax = 0,508 µm) and version E electropolished (Ramax = 0,254 µm). Sizes from 1/8” to 1”. Compliant with SEMI E49 standard for the electronic industry. Working pressure up to 590 bar (depends on size), working temperature up to 538ºC.
