Extremely lightweight, flexible water delivery hose designed for internal fire protection of buildings. The inner layer is made of high-quality synthetic rubber. The outer layer consists of a strong, dense polyester braid reinforced with a thin, tightly wound PET spiral. The hose is used in internal hydrant cabinets with a length of 20 m to 30 m of hose wound on a drum (reel) with a nozzle mounted at the end of the hose. Compliant with EN 694 standard for fire hoses (type B class 5). In the field of fire protection (Poland), it has a CNBOP-PIB compliance certificate. It can also be used in industry – for seawater, industrial water, and some light diluted chemicals, as well as for air, dust, and light solid particles. It is not intended for use in harsh external conditions. Installation with clamps or crimping sleeves on ends with smooth, sharp-free fittings to avoid cutting the inner layer. Inner layer: smooth synthetic rubber. Reinforcement: polyester braid with a reinforcing spiral (thread) PET. Working pressure: from 7 bar to 12 bar – depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -20°C to +60°C.
