Suction and discharge hose for oil, mud, drilling spoil RIG STAR SD
Strong RIG STAR D discharge hose and RIG STAR SD suction-discharge hose are designed for the transfer and handling of crude oil, petrochemical products, and drilling cuttings mixed with crude oil (up to 50% aromatic compounds). It can also be used for cement, barite, seawater, and brine. The inner layer is made of black, smooth, antistatic NBR rubber. It features a copper wire ensuring electrical continuity between the hose ends. The outer layer is made of CR chloroprene rubber, flame-retardant, resistant to abrasion, ozone, seawater, and weather conditions. Designed as a specialized OFFSHORE hose for operation on drilling platforms. Widely used on North Sea platforms. It can also be successfully used in land applications. Inner layer: black NBR rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord, steel spiral. Outer layer: black CR rubber. Working pressure: 20 bar. Vacuum: 0.9 bar. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +85°C.
