Strong, abrasion-resistant suction hose designed specifically for the transfer of fuels, other liquid hydrocarbons, or for use as a general-purpose antistatic hose. Lighter and more flexible than standard rubber hoses, it has buoyancy (remains on the surface) in fresh and saltwater. Flat when at rest, which facilitates handling and storage. Intended for the transfer and transshipment of petrochemical products, oils, and fuels in refineries, industry, and transportation. Used for fueling ships, cleaning tanks, firefighting, and military applications. Meets the requirements of MIL-PRF-370J for liquid fuel hoses. Antistatic – features two externally longitudinally arranged copper wires ensuring electrical continuity between the hose ends easily accessible for proper connection to fittings (R < 0.02 Ω/m, exceeds the requirements of MIL-PRF-370J). The inner surface of the hose is smooth, causing no flow loss. Resistant to abrasion, weather conditions, hydrolysis, ozone, fuels, and commonly used chemicals (recommended pH range: 5 to 9). Resistant to longitudinal loads during unwinding and dragging. Hose material: polyurethane (PUR) embedded in the braid during the hose extrusion process. Working pressure: from 7 bar to 11 bar – depending on the hose diameter (the specified working pressure for fuel). Operating temperature: from -50°C to +50°C.
