CEJN X65 leakless hydraulic quick coupler, carbon steel GW connector
Non-drip flat-face quick coupling plug designed mainly for construction machinery where large pressure spikes occur. The plugs are also available in a version with a static pressure eliminator. The quick coupling can be operated with one hand. Depending on the application, the appropriate sealing material should be selected. Interchangeable with ISO-F quick couplings from other manufacturers. Standard: ISO 16028, excluding size 3/16″. Application: hydraulic power (hydraulic oil), industrial. Material: steel with zinc-nickel coating, except for size 3/16″ which is coated with zinc. Working pressure: up to 720 bar. Sealing: NBR (from -25°C to +100°C), viton (from -15°C to +200°C).
