Clamp DIN 3015 standard, polypropylene, type 100
DIN 3015 standard clamp type 100 (without top plate) designed for quick, easy, durable, and aesthetic mounting of pipes, hoses, and hoses in various industrial sectors, in ground and marine installations. Manufactured according to DIN 3015 standard. The clamp is mounted to the structure using welding of the clamp base (there is an option for bolting or mounting on a rail). The clamp typically features a profiled (grooved) surface for the pipe opening. For size group 0, there is one hexagon socket screw, and for size groups 1 to 6, there are two hexagon socket screws. In addition to standard metal components, extended plates, rails, and screws for mounting clamp sets can be ordered. Selection of components should be consulted with TUBES INTERNATIONAL®. Clamp material: green polypropylene. Screw material: galvanized steel. Base material: carbon steel. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +90°C.
