Lightweight, highly durable, universal high-quality flat hose used in the mining, oil, energy, and agriculture industries. Particularly used for water, sludge, wastewater, and fertilizers. Made from hydrolysis and microbe-resistant polyurethane – polyether. Reinforced with circumferentially woven polyester braid bonded and surrounded by polyurethane in the original hot thermoplastic polyurethane extrusion production process through braiding. The hose has high tensile strength, with minimal elongation under pressure (up to 2%) and no tendency to kink or twist. Due to its durability combined with ease of handling (unrolling, laying, storing), it is widely used in water systems (drainage of open-pit mines, water supply, drainage, and wastewater discharge) and beyond. Resistant to a wide range of chemicals, microbes, fungi, hydrolysis, weather conditions, UV, and ozone. Good abrasion resistance. Maximum working pressure for temporary use established according to a safety factor of 2:1 approved by the manufacturer (only for water and safe, non-flammable liquids). For maximum longevity, it is not recommended to exceed 1/3 of the bursting pressure. Standard roll length: 200 m. Hose material: black polyurethane – polyether (PU). Working pressure: from 8 bar to 27 bar – depending on hose diameter and temperature. Operating temperature: from -50°C to +75°C (water).
