Flexible and elastic, easy to operate suction and discharge hose designed for the transfer of fatty and non-fatty food substances, requiring the use of odorless and tasteless rubber. It contains no plasticizers, phthalates, or animal-derived substances. The inner layer made of NBR is resistant to standard cleaning agents and processes used in the food industry. The outer layer is resistant to temporary contact with animal and vegetable fats. Particularly recommended for applications requiring a small bending radius with good pressure and vacuum resistance. Widely used in the dairy industry and for the transfer of milk under normal operating conditions. Not recommended for transfer applications in heavy working conditions and under pulsating pressure. Standards and requirements: 1) General: EC 2002/95 (RoHS), EC 1907/2006 (REACH). 2) Food industry, contact with food: EC 1935/2004, EC 2023/2006 (GMP). Inner layer compliant with D.M. 21/03/73, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, BfR, 3A Sanitary Standards, RAL (German Institute for Quality Assurance and Certification). Inner layer: white NBR rubber.
