Strong pressure hose designed for the transmission of water or compressed air in irrigation systems, agriculture, mines, construction sites, etc. The inner layer is smooth, ensuring minimal flow loss. The outer layer is slightly longitudinally ribbed, which increases abrasion resistance and protects against contact with hot elements. Resistant to abrasion, ozone, weather conditions, oil, fuels, and a wide range of chemicals. Lighter and more flexible than standard rubber hoses. Flat when at rest, facilitating handling and storage. Does not require washing and drying. Resistant to longitudinal loads – during unwinding and pulling (longitudinal force should never exceed 1/3 of the specified breaking force, installation of fittings should consider longitudinal force). Use for air should always be preceded by a risk analysis in case of accidental disconnection or rupture of the hose. Hose material: black NBR/PVC blend embedded in a polyester-polyamide braid during the hose extrusion process. Working pressure: from 10 bar to 25 bar (water), from 7 bar to 18 bar (air) – depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature for water: from -20°C to +80°C, temporarily up to +100°C.
