Measuring hose, thermoplastic for high pressure TEST 8, 089 MICRO BORE
Lightweight, very flexible and elastic, resistant to kinking hose designed for hydraulic oil, water-based fluids, and other media. Used in measurement systems, control systems, hydraulic brake systems in bicycles, and micro-hydraulics (car roof opening systems). The outer layer is made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane or polyamide and is micro-perforated, allowing the hose to be used for gas media. The hose has vacuum resistance up to 0.93 bar. Temperatures above 80°C may reduce the hose’s lifespan. The DN2 hose made of polyamide (ZC-TEST8-5021PA) has successfully passed impulse tests of 1 million cycles. Inner layer: polyester or polyamide. Reinforcement: single aramid braid. Outer layer: black polyurethane or polyamide. Working pressure: from 412 bar to 500 bar, depending on the diameter and type of hose. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +100°C (for water and air up to +70°C).
