PVC/PVC reinforced hose RAGNO CR

Flexible pressure hose made of PVC for general purposes and food products. Used for compressed air, water, water-based coolants, light chemicals, and liquid and semi-liquid food products. The smooth inner wall reduces flow losses and ensures ease of cleaning. In the food industry, it can be used for the transfer of hydrated, acidic foods, and alcohols up to 20%, e.g., juices, beverages, beer, wine (simulants A, B, C; up to +40°C and 0.5 h). Not recommended for milk and its derivatives, as well as food substances containing fats and oils. The RAGNO CR hose complies with European requirements 1978/142/EEC, 1935/2004/EC, 1895/2005/EC, and 10/2011/EU (simulants A, B, C), 2023/2006/EC (GMP). Suitable for temporary contact with food during the transfer of food substances – under the conditions specified in the manufacturer’s declaration of conformity (available from Tubes International). Inner layer: transparent PVC. Reinforcement: polyester braid. Outer layer: transparent PVC. Working pressure for a temperature of 20°C: from 8 bar to 20 bar – depending on the hose diameter. The working pressure value decreases with increasing temperature. Operating temperature: from -5°C to +60°C.
