ESSEN LL® cooling water suction and discharge hose
Vacuum-resistant suction and discharge hose designed for cooling water in foundries, smelters, and all applications where rubber hoses operate close to a heat source. Glass fiber covering resistant to temperatures up to +530°C caused by thermal radiation. Used in cooling systems. Particularly recommended for water installations near metallurgical furnaces. Resistant to short-term exposure to splashes of molten hot metal. Standard length: 60 m or 120 m. Inner layer: black SBR rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord, steel spiral. Outer layer: EPDM rubber / glass fiber. Working pressure: 10 bar. Vacuum: 0.9 bar. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +70°C, external up to +530°C.
