The Hyperline FX SS RC BLACK hose is a lightweight, flexible Teflon hose, featuring an additional outer layer made of black, antistatic, and flame-retardant EPDM rubber, meeting the requirements for railway vehicles EN 45545. This provides extra protection for the braid and hose against damage and allows for easy cleaning of the hose. Due to its properties, it is recommended for use in the industrial sector and mechanical vehicles. The hose can be supplied without fittings or as complete assemblies ready for installation. Hose material: smooth on the inside, corrugated PTFE (Teflon) on the outside. Reinforcement: single braid of AISI 304 steel with an additional protective layer of EPDM rubber. Working pressure: from 50 bar to 110 bar, depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +140°C.
